Alatar Psychology Services has an operating license issued by Valvira, the Finnish Agency for Licensing and Supervision of Social and Health Care. Alatar Psychology Services is a private health care provider that has been audited, registered and controlled. Patient insurance

Alatar’s customers are granted with a patient insurance provided by If , the leading insurance company in Nordic countries. 

 

 

 

Patient insurance covers the damage caused to the customer in connection with the health care provided by the policyholder in Finland, as regulated in the Patient Injury Act. 
However, patient insurance will not cover in situations where the treatment has not produced desired results.

An Impartial Patient Ombudsman

Alatar’s customer has a right for Impartial Patient Ombudsman’s services. 

The Patient Ombudsman acts as an impartial mediator in case of disagreement between the client and the health care service provider, if there is no solution by mutual agreement. 

If necessary, the Ombudsman:

Will give the customer instructions in matters related to the healthcare legislation and advises on the legal status of the client. 

Can take legislative follow-up actions after thorough review of the customer’s situation.
